The program
The 2 1/2-day Lewis Deep Democracy Level 3 course is an advanced level training that will focus our learning on going deeper below the waterline by learning about LDD Step 5 tools such as surfacing, argument, and conflict resolution. You will also learn more about the way in which conflict affects you as a facilitator.
The program is a combination of theory and practice and will place a strong focus on your experience within the group. You will be able to continue to practice your facilitation skills in the group and develop your neutrality muscle through personal awareness. This program specifically focuses on understanding and developing the skills to work with unconscious processes that lie below the waterline:

Who is it for?
Leaders, change agents, trainers, executive and team coaches, and consultants who want to deepen their understanding and skills in using the tools of Lewis Deep Democracy.
Participants are required to have completed the foundational Deep Democracy trainings of Level 1 and Level 2 course (the Co-Resolve Program).

Payam Yuce Isik
Lewis Deep Democracy Facilitator • Tribe - Dialogue Change Leadership
Payam Yuce Isik is an executive and team coach and a facilitator. Her work focuses on creating dialogue in the heat of conflict, facilitating change in the face of polarization and resistance, and supporting leaders to own their leadership through awareness. Prior to establishing her own company, Payam held positions in companies in the consultancy services and IT sector, and also in large conglomerates. She brings a deep understanding of how organizations — and the leaders and teams within them — function, behave, and relate to each other, how they get stuck, deal with challenges, conflict and resistance as well as how they thrive and excel.
Payam has had experience working with, and exposure to, different industries such as financial services, professional services, consumer goods, industrial goods, automotive, pharma and health. She is an ICF accredited Professional Certified coach (PCC), organization and relationship systems coach (ORSC), and accredited Lewis Deep Democracy facilitator and trainer with over 15 years of teaching experience.

I practiced Deep Democracy in different settings and groups in the last 4 years and wanted to deepen my understanding and work through some of the challenges I stumbled on. It’s been so useful to use these skills - both explicitly to help groups come to make tweaks and changes before making collective decisions, as well as more implicitly - when facilitating conversations, using aspects of Deep Democracy to allow often unheard voices or opinions to be spoken, and helping people to stay engaged when they may feel a decision isn’t going their way.
