Welcome to resense360 GmbH (“resense360”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in or accessing any of our offerings, including but not limited to programs, courses, workshops, trainings, and masterclasses (collectively referred to as “Offers”), you (“Participant”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2 Description of offers
resense360 provides a variety of educational and training experiences designed to enhance skills and knowledge in specific areas. Details about each Offer, including dates, times, fees, and structure, are available on our website https://resense360.com.

3 Enrollment and payment

• Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Enrollment: to enroll, Participants shall complete the registration form (when required) and submit the applicable fee for the selected Offer.
• Payment terms: fees are due upon enrollment; we accept payments via Stripe and bank transfer; all fees are inclusive of VAT (19%).

4 Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellation by Participant. You have the right to cancel your enrollment up to 14 days prior to the start date of the Offer for a full refund. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 4 days prior to the start date, 50% of the payment will be retained. If cancellation occurs within 3 days of the start date, no refund will be issued.
• Cancellation by Company. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Offer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future Offer date.

5 Intellectual property
All materials provided in our Offers, including content, videos, and documentation, are the intellectual property of resense360 or its licensors. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this clause, a fine of €10000 will be imposed.

6 Participant conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during the Offer. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Offer without a refund.

• Technology requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to participate; we are not liable for technical issues beyond our control.
