1 Our Commitmentresense360 GmbH (“resense360”, “we”) is committed to promoting gender equality, diversity, and inclusion as integral parts of how we work and learn. As a small, internationally active consultancy focused on systems thinking and systems change, organizational development, and ecosystem work, we believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our capacity to understand complexity and support meaningful change.
This Gender Equality Plan (GEP) defines our principles, responsibilities, and measures to ensure equal opportunities for all, prevent discrimination, and integrate gender perspectives into our work and collaborations.
2 Governance and ResponsibilitiesImplementation of this plan is overseen by Managing Director Zoia Lukianova. She allocates part of her working time to these responsibilities as part of organizational development and quality assurance.
3 Data Collection and Monitoringresense360 collects and reviews sex-disaggregated data on an annual basis, including:
- staff composition (employees, associates, and freelancers) by gender and role;
- recruitment statistics and applications received;
- participation in training and learning activities;
- representation in leadership and decision-making.
A brief internal summary is produced annually to reflect progress and inform updates to this plan.
4 Awareness and TrainingTo sustain an inclusive and reflective culture, resense360 commits to:
- providing at least one annual learning or reflection session on gender equality and unconscious bias for all staff and associates;
- integrating awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion into relevant internal meetings and learning activities.
5 Focus Areas and Measures→ Work–Life Balance and Organizational Culture:
- maintain flexible working arrangements (location, time, workload);
- ensure respect for personal and family responsibilities;
- promote an open, trust-based culture that values care and balance.
→ Gender Balance in Leadership and Decision-Making:
- strive for gender-balanced representation in external collaborations, projects, and events.
→ Gender Equality in Recruitment and Career Progression:
- use gender-neutral and inclusive language in all recruitment materials;
- apply transparent and merit-based selection processes.
→ Integration of Gender and Diversity into Work and Learning:
- reflect gender and diversity perspectives in project design, facilitation, and learning materials where relevant;
- use inclusive examples and language in all communication and teaching contexts.
→ Prevention of Gender-Based Violence and Harassment:
- maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of gender-based violence, discrimination, or harassment;
- provide a confidential internal reporting channel;
- reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate actions will be taken within 14 calendar days of submission.
6 Intersectionality and Broader Inclusionresense360 GmbH recognizes that gender equality intersects with other dimensions of identity, including age, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, and socio-economic background. We aim to foster an environment where all individuals are treated with respect and equity, and where multiple perspectives are valued in decision-making and collaboration.
7 Publication and ReviewThis GEP is a formal document signed by the top management. The plan is reviewed annually in Q4 and updated as necessary. The latest version is published on the company’s official website:
