Zoya is a co-founder of resense360 and Network partner of the School of System Change. She works at the intersection of systems change, strategy and learning, supporting organisations, networks and leaders in navigating complexity and driving meaningful transformation processes. Zoya is a co-author of a series of educational courses on systems change and co-developer of
Ecosystem Cards — a tool to support individuals, teams, organisations and networks to explore the potentials and implications of adopting an ecosystem approach in their work. Her expertise in the field of systems change draws on multiple theories, approaches, frameworks, and tools, including systems dynamics, futures thinking, complexity practice, regenerative development, deep equity and others.
Zoya is particularly passionate about weaving impact-driven networks and believes in the power of connected communities to shape a more equitable and sustainable future. She has worked with both global and local networks, including the Responsible Leaders Network (BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt), the Bosch Alumni Network, the Impact Hub Network, and the Filmkultur Netzwerk NRW, among others.
