We use the term “ecosystems” to refer to socio-ecological systems where diverse and interconnected actors are intricately tied by cultural practices, identities, intentions, roles, beliefs, values, and available resources. Held together by a shared purpose, ecosystems yield societal value that transcends the capacity and intentions of individual actors.

Zoya is co-founder of resense360 and Network partner of the School of System Change. She works at the intersection of system change, strategy and learning, supporting organizations, networks, and leaders in navigating complexity and driving meaningful transformation processes. Zoya is co-author of a series of educational courses on systems change and co-developer of ecosystem.cards.

Zoya is particularly passionate about weaving impact-driven networks and believes in the power of connected communities to shape a more equitable and sustainable future. She has worked with both global and local networks and change initiatives, including the Responsible Leaders Network (BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt), the Bosch Alumni Network, the Impact Hub Network, and the Filmkultur Netzwerk NRW, among others.

Ruslan is a co-founder of resense360 and Partner Producer at the School of System Change. He is a program producer, visual and digital facilitator dedicated to designing meaningful experiences. Ruslan’s current work focus is to accompany teams and organizations in growing their digital capacities, producing end-to-end virtual learning journeys, and hosting online, offline, and hybrid gatherings of varying scales and complexity.

A visual thinker and digital magician, Ruslan has collaborated with iac Berlin, the Bosch Alumni Network, GIZ, the Impact Hub Network, Eurasia Foundation, MitOst, Goethe-Institut, and others. He believes in the transformational power of design and illustration to drive change.

Naomi is an experienced facilitator who enjoys designing simple formats to address complex questions in ways that invite purposeful exchange and lead to fresh ways of thinking and acting.

Since joining iac Berlin in 2023 as a learning facilitator, Naomi has been prototyping products and formats that enhance learning in collaborations for philanthropic organizations and their partners. Her career has been guided by the question of how to create conditions that encourage meaningful collective action, from supporting cross-sector partnerships in participatory urban development to facilitating peer learning spaces for civil society actors across Europe and South America.

Naomi holds a Masters degree in Cultural Diplomacy and Business, a Bachelors in Hispanic Studies and Drama and is trained in transformative coaching.

Darius has been the managing director of the International Alumni Center (iac Berlin) since its start in January 2017. The iac Berlin supports impact driven networks and coordinates the Bosch Alumni Network — a multi-community network of over 8,000 partners of the Robert Bosch Foundation. Darius' mission at iac Berlin is to support trust-based and collaborative practices in philanthropy. He is actively involved in coalition building processes and advises social change actors on the design and implementation of networked approaches.

His career has included a wide variety of roles with a recurrent focus on non-formal education, cross-sector collaboration, and systemic intervention. Since there is always more to learn about how to best build and navigate impact-oriented networks, he is keen to exchange thoughts, insights and experiences with other practitioners and thinkers.

Darius graduated in Slavic Studies and Philosophy in Bochum, Wrocław and Potsdam.
