- Designed and deliver a course curriculum and structure covering an introduction to systems change and complexity over five weeks (weekly sessions), including a live co-design component where the cohort selects systemic practices to explore deeper
Learning outcomes:
- Better understanding of how transformation processes happen in complex adaptive systems
- A vocabulary for talking about complexity and systems change with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
- A toolkit of systems change frameworks and tools (e.g. Cynefin Framework, Three Horizons, Panarchy, Multilevel Perspective, Iceberg, Two Loops) useful in situations when conventional change management doesn’t work
- Case studies showing how application of these frameworks and tools in different sectors has shaped strategic decisions and actions
- Greater clarity about how to further develop your leadership capabilities for leading in complexity
