Ecosystem Cards
A methodology and tool (deck of cards) to support teams, organizations, and networks to explore implications of adopting an ecosystem approach in their work
Created in partnership with iac Berlin Need:
Growing demand of practitioners across the globe working in organizations, multi-stakeholder partnerships, and impact networks to explore the potentials and implications of adopting an ecosystem approach in their work and define pathways to engage with ecosystems more intentionally.
What we did:
- Developed a methodology and tool (a deck of 45 cards with how-to-use instructions and curated resources), available both as a digital and printed product
- Developed all the content (texts, design, illustrations)
- Created an ecosystem glossary with 30+ essential terms
- Developed a web page with detailed info about the product
- Offering workshops introducing the cards and ways to work with the tool on a regular basis
