Participants — Berlin-based students — needed space for thinking and reflection to make sense of what’s shaping the world today and how to make conscious decisions about their future, particularly around career and life choices amid uncertainty

What we did:
- Introduced systems thinking and complexity theory as “lenses” for making sense of current events
- Worked through the distinction between complicated and complex challenges and strategies to approach them
- Explored societal trends and megatrends and their influence on personal and professional life
- Facilitated group discussions, reflection rounds, and practical exercises applying systems frameworks to participants’ own career and life questions
